Purpose: to respond to your request and maintain communications related to our services.Newsletter subscription — your email address. Purpose: to send you news and communications from CoMotion House, only after you confirm your subscription (double opt-in).Usage analytics (Google Analytics) — online identifiers, browsing data (pages viewed, visit duration, device type) and approximate location (country/city). We do not sell your data. We rely on service providers (processors) who process it on our behalf and under contract:

Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — usage analytics (Google Analytics).

Resend, Inc. — email delivery and newsletter management.

Vercel Inc. and Railway Corp. — hosting of the website and database.

Each provider processes data only according to our instructions and its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, notably in the United States of America. In such cases, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or by adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
